The instructions are not very detailed and could be better. I was very apprehensive to try this, but In a few minutes I did a better job cleaning my sensor than the last trip to the canon service center. It took a couple of "swipes" and then using the blower, but I can honestly say my sensor is cleaner now then when I got the camera. For some really "stuck dust" I had to figure out the sensor orientation to make sure I aimed the "brush", but I really had no problems.

I'm a professional with 30+ years experience and I've always been a clean freak. The whole idea of having to clean a 10MP sensor is unnerving to begin with. I've only used it once, but it delivered. All I needed was the air bulb to blow out the dust. Some of the other products sounded just plain scary. It comes with a nice carrying case so I can keep it all together in my camera bag.

Never really had problems with dust on my sensor, and when I did, a Rocket Blower was enough to do the trick. However, if I do have stubborn dust, SensorKlear does it best!

It works just like a Lenspen does, so it's really really simple to use. Also, included in the package is three (3!) extra heads to change ever so often. Since I rarely need to clean my sensor, those three heads are going to last me ten or fifteen years! There is also a blower and a microfiber cloth included and a leather bag to keep it all in. The blower is not a Rocket Blower, but does alright (better than nothing). The bag is big enough to put in a Lenspen and a Micro Lenpen (I use it for my viewfinder). So I can have all my camera cleaning equipment in one bag. Simple!

Cleaning the sensor on a digital SLR is less complicated than the prophets of doom would have you believe. First of all, you're not actually cleaning the sensor - you're cleaning the protective filter that's fitted in front of the sensor.

Next. Anyone who can read and exercise reasonable care can lock up the mirror on an SLR and blow the dust off the filter with a mechanical blower like the one Included in the LensPen kit. Simple. For more stubborn dirt, the LensPen sensor cleaner is a straightup, effective tool.

The kit is excellent value for the money and equally as effective as the overpriced high tech cleaning kits on the market. Even a busy professional who's constantly changing lenses, can get the cleaning job done with the LensPen kit. I carry it in my bag and wouldn't leave home without it.
