- Cross-Platform Compatability
- The deck can be used on both operating systems, taking advantage of either Apple's Final Cut Pro or Adobe's Premiere Pro. No matter what computer is used, the V3HD has it covered.
- DVCPRO HD Capture and Playback
- Capturing and playing back high definition footage is made easy by using Panasonic's industry-standard DVCPRO HD. The codec provides a streamlined, deliverable high definition editing and finishing format widely used in the industry. Importing both 720 and 1080 couldn't be easier. Real-time up and down conversion makes it easy to view all output formats.
- Simultaneous Operation
- The V3HD allows users to view multiple outputs simultaneously. This can be very useful in a variety of finishing applications while making it easier for editors to monitor their footage, whether it's standard or high definition.
- Automatic Pulldown Removal
- Both 2:3 and 2:3:3:2 pulldown insertion removal allows 24fps footage to be viewed without any problems over a bevy of output options.
