The Vixen NLV Lanthanum 5mm Eyepiece is a quality long eye relief eyepiece for use with 1.25" type telescopes. Featuring multicoating upon all air-to-glass surfaces within the eyepiece, and by using high-grade Lanthanum glass, a sharp field of view and a high contrast is always assured.
The long eye relief design of this eyepiece reduces eye stress during long observation, and allows you to see the entire view without having to remove your glasses. In addition, the eyecups are of the twist-up style, which allows the cup height to be adjusted more easily. This design also minimizes the need of having to reposition the scope after adjusting the eyecup.
