The Olympus Stylus 850 SW Digital Camera is incredibly durable, sleek and stylish, combining rugged body construction with shock-absorbing materials and waterproof seals, making it the ultimate pocket camera, and a must-have vacation and party accessory. It incorporates a high quality 3x zoom lens and a capture resolution of 8.0 megapixels to provide beautiful images. Plus it is loaded with features to make shooting easy and fun. Twenty-eight shooting modes are built into the camera to cover many common shooting situations including Candle, Sports and Underwater modes to take perfect shots with a minimum of fuss and effort.

Other unique features include Face Detection which automatically focuses and optimizes exposure for sharp, brilliant portrait pictures, and Digital Image Stabilization that uses the cameras high ISO sensitivity and faster shutter speeds to freeze the action and capture sharp, blur-free images even if you or your subject is moving. In addition, the camera has a built-in LED that illuminates your subjects when you can't use a flash - perfect for shooting macro photos or low-light portraits. And it's freezeproof so that it will function perfectly in temperatures as cold as -10°C/14°F - making it a perfect camera for a trip to the great outdoors. Furthermore, the airtight design makes the camera impervious to dust, dirt and other particles that can degrade the camera over time.

• 3x Optical Zoom Lens: The Stylus 850 SW uses an ultra-compact 3x zoom lens that is made from precision-crafted glass - plus it uses a special prism design so the lens does not extend out of the camera body when in use. There is also a 5x digital zoom available for a combined zoom capability of 15x.

• Digital Image Stabilization: Digital Image Stabilization freezes the action with high ISO sensitivity and fast shutter speeds that prevent blurry images often caused by a moving subject.
