I have always trusted San Disk cards. Lately, this card has created corrupt files during a wedding assignment. Not sure if it is the card or camera that is causing the problems. Fortunately, my one assistant, who downloads as we shoot caught the problem and we were able to re shoot the photographs. It it wasn't for him, this would have been much more of a problem. These are the only cards I use and trust. Although, I have many of these cards from San Disk, this particular card will go through many test shots before I use it again.
I will continue to buy their cards.

Comments about SanDisk 4GB Ultra CompactFlash:
I'm glad I can still find 4 gig cards as those are the size that suit me best and even though these aren't the "Extreme" cards I can't tell any difference, the write time is still very fast!

Comments about SanDisk 4GB Ultra CompactFlash:
This product is used for all my shootings. Color, speed, write times are excellent. Never had a problem with these cards failing. I use these cards for photos only. I don't shoot video. Just a great product and great value. This product seems to have replaced the extreme lll 4GB which i always used until production stopped.

I bought this for my new camera, a Canon EOS 20D. I always like the San Disk brand and this flash has plenty of room for me who is just starting out with a more professional camera (always had a point and shoot before). It's a great price and I don't see any need for me to upgrade for now in terms of size.

Comments about SanDisk 4GB Ultra CompactFlash:
This card is reliable but not quite as efficient as its successors when it comes to write/read speed. However, if you're not shooting continuous successive frames, this card is all you need. I own a few of them and am very happy with this product.

Comments about SanDisk 4GB Ultra CompactFlash:
It's not the fastest CF card available nor the biggest in space, but for the price, it's decent and good enough for regular and professional use as long as it's not being used to snap 10 frames a second or so in raw format (say 13MB per frame), for that there's the extreme version of these cards or any other "extreme" or fast version of other card brands. Haven't used it much yet but I have been using sandisk CF cards for a long while with no problems.

Comments about SanDisk 4GB Ultra CompactFlash:
The SanDisk 4GB Ultra CF has been working perfectly in my Canon DSLR. It handles multi-frames per second shots (e.g., sports mode) with no issues. I haven't come close to filling its capacity but that probably has more to do with the number of shots I've taken over the past 3 weeks since I got the card.

Comments about SanDisk 4GB Ultra CompactFlash:
I bought this lens for an upcoming trip to Greece and wanted a wide angle, fast lens to get great shots of the islands and ancient buildings. It lived up to expectations. I was able to get beautiful shots of the caldera in Santorini showing the water, villages up on the cliffs, and the vast size of the area.
It also worked great for the city scenes. The perspective was good, buildings straight, etc. and was good in low light.
I had also brought my 28 - 135 lens and a 75 - 300 lens. Usually I would use the 28-135 as my main lens. Not now !!! Next trip I won't even bring that lens. I believe this will be my main lens. Now I just have to get some money together to get a 2.8 long lens.
I don't have anything negative to say. I am an amature photographer, hobby mostly but I like to print and frame some of my better shots and I know there will be several from this lens.
