SanDisk makes very reliable memory cards. I recently purchased a Canon Rebel T2i. I normally do a lot of research before making a purchase and this was no exception. But one thing I have learned is that you don't always think of everything. I had no idea about the rating system for SD cards and purchased this one as it was less expensive. It worked flawlessly for taking photos with my new camera... until I tried HD video, then it failed. Bottom line. Great for regular digital photography but you must purchase a higher grade card if you plan to take HD video.

Purchased thie card to use with the PDM 661 portable digital recorder.
It recorded pops and digital problems after about 1 minute.
Get another 2 gig card instead.

I bought 4 of these for my Canon DSLR's which I use to shoot video. I have other Class 6 SDHC cards and a few older SanDisk Class 4 SDHC cards that have no problem keeping up with the required ~6.5Mbytes/sec write speed of these cameras. I know that Class 6 means that the card has a minimum write speed of 6Mbytes/sec, but I expected a name brand like SanDisk to do more than the BARE minimum. This is not the case, however. I can't risk getting "movie recording has been stopped automatically" on a paid gig because the card can't write fast enough.
All 4 cards I ordered go back because they could not keep up with my Canon DSLR video needs.

It is comforting to know the card has more memory than I will probably ever need, and that it has a speed fast enough to process my equipment demands. The photos retrieved from the card are excellent. Plus B & H Photo/Video sold the card at the best price I could find and there was no shipping charge. What's not to like? I may get several of these cards merely to keep different subjects separated.

I have never had an issue shoot HD Video with these cards. The transfer rate is good and the video looks fantastic. I primarily shoot weddings and small corporate videos for marketing. And a year ago these cards ran about $45 a piece. Love the price and quality. Good buy.

I had been very satisfied with the 16 GB Class 4 SanDisk cards I had been using in my Canon HF200 camcorder, but when I agreed to shoot a wedding this past weekend, I knew I wanted an upgrade in speed of transfer. Hence, the Class 6 Ultra. I actually bought two of them, which allowed for well over eight hours of high-def filming. I've reviewed the footage, and it looks good.
I try to take good care of my memory cards, and my SanDisks always return the favor. I use them in my digital still camera as well my camcorder. Nary a failure. Highest marks.
