This is a Westcott Strobelite PLUS Two Monolight Kit. The Strobelite PLUS is a 200 watt/second monolight. It is lightweight, inexpensive, and includes a modeling light for ease of composition.
This special promotional 600 total watt/second kit is supplied with 3 flash heads, two 24 x 32" softboxes with adapter rings, 8.5' light stands, a backlight stand, barndoors, a grid, colored gels, a wheeled kit case and a mini to PC sync cord.

I use this product for portrait and commercial photography shoots. The portability makes this system easy to transport. I use a couple of umbrellas in place of the softboxes when I do my commercial shoots. This gives me a little more flexibility when it comes to the light fill.

This is a good kit to learn the basics of studio lighting. Comes with 3 strobes and 2 soft boxes. The deluxe rolling case makes it easy to move your light set up around. There are no instructions in the kit as to how to set up the soft boxes, required searching on the web for some help that was not on the Westcott homepage.
