Yellow spots on the front diff

The build quality is excellent. Unfortunately, my copy came with yellow spots on the front diffuser. As if those parts were exposed to sunlight for a long period. Wondering if I can have it replaced as I would hate to send the whole package back - it came in a box about x4 size of the softbox.

Like others have said, this box is easy to set up,perfect for location or studio work and produces a great quality of light. Even easier to set up with a Bowens S mount speedlight bracket that you may already have or you can pick up for around 20 dollars. Fits just like the included bracket and mounts your flash in seconds. The same bracket can be used for a variety of modifiers including umbrellas. You're welcome

Some folding softboxes like this can be folded further, like a reflector. These show a bag that's 1/3 the size. Can Lastolite do that?

How to attach Nikon Off-Camera Shoe Cord to lastolite ezybox

You can attach the Revo Hot Shoe to 1/4 -20 Male Post Adapter B&H # RESACS14M to the bottom of the shoe which accepts the flash, since that shoe has a 1/4 thread. This will allow you to slide cable into the cold shoe attachment on the Ezybox.

It may fit, but I cannot guarantee the Godox S-Type Speedlite Bracket for Bowens would be compatible with the Lastolite Ezybox Hot Shoe Softbox Kit - 24x24 , B&H # LAEBHSB24. As an alternative, the dedicated Lastolite Ezybox Hot Shoe Mark II Bracket, B&H # LAEBHSBM2, would be the bracket I recommend for use with the Lastolite Ezybox Hot Shoe Softbox Kit. If you wish, you may purchase the Godox bracket to try it, and if it does not fit, you have 30 days to return the item for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, the item is not on display in our NYC Superstore and we cannot open or test new items to check for compatibility with third-party accessories.

No, it is not compatible. The quad bracket, Lastolite Quad Bracket for Ezybox B&H # LAQBEZB MFR # LL LS2530 is designed to only work with the Ezybox II Octa softboxes or umbrellas.
