Comments about AudioSource AMP110 Power Amplifier:
I purchased this amp to run a couple of near-field monitors in my studio. Overall, it's a fabulous amp for the price. The A/B switching feature that is built into the unit is very useful for my studio application. Also, the auto signal sensing option is wonderful as I have a habit of leaving my power amps on while I'm working on paperwork or leave the studio to run an errand. The only con that I have found is the amp has some kind of noise gate built in that clips soft intros or fade outs. This may be tied into the auto signal sensing programming. It only becomes an issue when listening to music at very low levels. I took a star off for that. Otherwise, it's offers great sound quality and is a very good buy for the money.
