Made from neoprene, it provides a thermal barrier, and is easy to install or remove. The Hoodie has a reinforced, removable, front lens element disc made from rigid plastic and foam to protect your glass from damage. Use this made in the USA hoodie to complement the LensCoat cover of the same color on your lens.

Digital Camo is an advanced computer generated camouflage pattern. It is modeled after the U.S. Army's standard-issue ACU pattern to maximize visual break up. The pattern mimics naturally occurring dappled textures and rough boundaries.

Securely attaches to hood of 600 f4 and allows me to put Camera and lens in truck without fear that a loose object with get to len or that the Don Zeck lens cap will get lost

How well does the 4X fit on the Sony 600mm f4? The actual measurement of the lens hood is at the small end of the 4X size range. Is the Hoodie too big to fit well?

I use this on the end of the lens hood for the Sony 400mm f/2.8. It’s too large for the lens without the hood though. Hope this helps.

Yes, the LensCoat Hoodie Lens Hood Cover (4X-Large, Digital Camo) will fit over the front of any lens with a diameter of 7-7.75". The diameter of the front of the Canon RF 400mm f/2.8 L IS USM Lens is 6.4". This means that the smaller LensCoat Hoodie Lens Hood Cover (3X-Large, Digital Camo), which can fit over the front of lenses with a diameter between 6.25-7", would also work for a more snug fit.

The LensCoat Hoodie Lens Hood Cover (2X-Large, Realtree Max4 HD) (B&H #LELCH2XLM4) is the best fit for the Nikon NIKKOR Z 400mm f/2.8 TC VR S Lens (B&H #NIZ40028).

Does anyone have experience with this on the new Canon 600 mm f/4 III? With and without a Lenscoat on the Canon lens hood?

Yes the LensCoat Hoodie Lens Hood Cover (4X-Large) is the correct Hoodie for the Canon 600mm f4 Mark 3 lens. You do not need to use the Lens Coat for the rest of the lens. The hood alone will fit fine.
