The Pearstone SAI-5334 is an acrylic slate insert designed for dry-erase markers. The slate is a standard-size 3.75 x 5.25" and features all essential information fields. Dry-erase markers make it easy to re-label--useful for quick takes.

This is a really handy slate for keeping in a camera bag just in case one forgets their full sized slate. It gets the job done but do to its size I can't give it 5 stars. It just isn't practical for a lot of applications where a bigger slate would come in handy.

This slate is made out of durable material. Have been using it for two weeks and so far, it is great. Might need to use thin-tip dry-erase markers with it (as opposed to chisel tip). As a final thought, MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THE DIMENSIONS OF THE SLATE!
I forgot to check and was slightly surprised by how small they were. Otherwise, great.
