Savage Infinity Vinyl Background - 9 x 20' (White)
Savage Infinity Vinyl Backgrounds are the finest on the market. Its unique matte finish allows for a glare free background. It is ideal for all portrait and commercial photography. The background comes with two sides - one shiny and one with a textural quality. The shooting side (non-shiny) has what Savage describes as a very subtle "weave pattern" and should be taken into consideration when using this background.
Infinity Vinyl Backgrounds come in rolls on strong cores and can be used on most background support systems.
Note! Colors depicted may vary slightly, due to differences in computer monitors, printed media, and variances in manufacturer's fabrics, dyes or paints.

This was just what i was looking for. I needed to do a high key portrait for a very large dance group. It was very hard to find something large enough to accomodate my needs. This will be perfect. I love the fact that it is wrinkle free, my muslins were a nightmare.And easy to clean just wipe and go.
the only downfall I would say is the space it takes up.
I am so glad I came across this item.

Have not actually used it yet, but one important note is that, as others have stated, IT IS TOO HEAVY FOR PLASTIC CHAINS, GET METAL ONES if using the manfrotto chain system. Also, if using a similar system, heed the warnings - YOU WILL NEED A METAL PIPE TO RE-MOUNT THE VINYL TO.
Sorry for yelling, but again, take note: you will need to make these upgrades.

I got the background for pet photography. I used it one day with 4 different dogs, and even after super deep paw cleaning, there are a few paw stains and scratch marks that I can't get off-and they show up on the prints. I'm really disappointed...

As a previous reviewer mentioned, the core of this is cardboard and could stand to be more rigid. With that said, I also understand the weight and cost making the core out of metal could add to this. I have rigged support for the center of the roll and it seems to be helping the initial sagging of the center I observed.
It is far superior to rolls of paper and I can see this saving me a lot of money by not having to replace the paper. This is why I would recomend it to a friend.

It has taken the place of my white paper background. Love that it wipes clean. Should last for a long time. It is very heavy, which is the only reason I took a star away. A metal chain is a must to have, plastic chain just will not get the job done. Once it is up it works wonderfully.

What is nice about this backdrop is that it is durable, and washable. I do not have to replace it like seamless paper backdrops. So in the long run it will be more cost effective. And the nice thing about a white backdrop is now that I can make it any color I want with gels. And also I can project patterns on the background as well.

This is a great buy for a great price. It's durable and perfectly white it definitely replaced my white muslin. It's easy to clean, and easy to set up. It was a little heavy for me to set up on my own, but with the help of my husband it was up in less than 5 minutes. I love that I can use a backdrop stand and it's not too heavy for that so I can adjust the height and length with no problem. Which makes it great for traveling if I were to ever use it for that.
