The Canon SELPHY ES30 Compact Photo Printer uses an all-in-one ink and media cassette system that has a 50-sheet capacity and one-touch operation for unparalleled ease of use. The stylish vertical design incorporates a carry handle for further convenience, and you don't even need a computer to use this remarkable printer; just print directly from compatible memory cards, PictBridge equipped cameras and camcorders, or Bluetooth cell phones and devices (with optional Bluetooth adapter). You can select and edit your images right on the printer using the 3.0" color LCD display, and a host of built-in effects and adjustments that are at your disposal.
The ES30 is also the perfect scrapbooking companion - with it you can create a calendar with your own special scenes, produce customized photo frames and speech bubbles, add unique filter effects, and make album pages full of your favorite memories of family and friends. Plus, special Gold and Silver Photo Packs are available to provide sparkling decorative additions to your photos.

This is the greatest little invention, you can take it anywhere there is electricity and print out beautiful, clear and rich photos from any card or jump drive. You can review the photos easily and it is simple to load and reload. It is even fun to watch as the paper goes in and out. Only downside is that the review pane is small so details are hard to see, but it is such a great value that it does not even matter

I use this printer to print in house 6x4 prints, it's fast and easy to use, what i do not like about this printer is the colors come out a little bit to desaturated, i use the profile for this printer and yet the colors are a little bit washed out, printing directly from the cf card gives me better color prints.

This is a great little printer for the price. Anytime you need 4x6's fast (about 60 seconds), this is the way to go. It can print DIRECT from the compact flash cards or it can be hooked up to a printer. I've used inkjets in the past but they were too slow. Since this is a Dye-Sub printer, the paper & ribbons are package together in one unit of either 50 or 100 prints. The color of the prints is good and it does have manual corrections if necessary.

I'm an event photographer and i've been on the search for a decent instant picture printer to bring to all my special events. After many failed atempts at ink jet photo printers i looked into other options. I've always been a big fan of dye-sub printers but they have always been so expensive. However in my recent search i ran across the canon line of dye subs. I was nervous at first but for [$] what did i have to lose. It was always a nice feature that the printer works off of photos on a computer, camera, and memory cards. Once the printer arrived i had to try it out right away. SUCCESS!!!! Clear images, great color (for a non professional printer). And a great added feature the paper is a postcard. So my clients can mail their pictures or keep them. I highly recommend this cute little printer to anyone that is on the search for the perfect instant print photo printer.
