This is a great mount that stays tight and secure to the guitar while also holding the mic in place without a problem.

I use the clip to mount the DPA 4099 on the guitar in various positions around the body. It holds the guitar without crushing or damaging the wood or finish. Sometimes I need to keep a tiny square of gaffers tape stuck to the mount when the clip is in a spot where it can easily fall off.
