Hello, can You tell me the expectancy life of this tube? I mean the quantity of full power flashes before the tube fails? Thank You, I appreciate Your business.
Hi Alexei,There are a number of variables that can affect flash tube longevity so unfortunately a precise answer isn't really possible. For instance considering this tube is used in both our Integra and Expert D lines it may perform differently based on what unit is being used and how quick the flash sequence is. Also improper handling with bare hands or shocks from transport can shorten a flash tube's life expectancy considerably. That said, for normal applications, the flash tube should provide approximately 10,000 to 20,000 flashes at full power. With average performance, the flash tube could possibly provide 50,000 flashes or more at various power settings.
