The 59 x 105" ezCinema Front Projection Floor Screen from Elite is a great way to make presentations in your home or office - especially when a permanent installation on wall or ceiling is not feasible.

The screen surface is MaxWhite produces a bright image viewable from just about anywhere in the room. In addition, the screen surface is very easy to clean. The exCinema includes 3/4" black top/side masking with adjustable bottom rise masking.

Instant Outdoor Theater!

I purchased this pull-up floor style to replace an cumbersome outdoor screen that was like an erector-set project to put up and take down. Old screen = 45 minutes to set up. New Elite screen = about 1 minute. This is a very high quality product so you'll not want to be leaving it outside overnight or subject to hungry pets or inebriated guests. Also if used outdoor, probably not suitable for windy conditions. For a semi-permanent outdoor screen the erector-set monster (guy-wires included) is the ticket but maybe like me you don't want a big white screen sitting in your back yard during the day. Something to keep in mind if you buy the 10 foot diagonal model is the substantial size and weight. Not a problem for one person to handle but kind of like maneuvering and storing a 10 foot ladder. Also size related - B&H is great place to buy because they know how to ship this kind of UPS-oversize product. The quality and utility of this screen is everything I hoped for - now maybe I can use the time saved to set up something major sound-wise!

Will this screen move a lot with a ceiling fan on in the same room or is it not recommended?

The Elite Screens F120NWH ezCinema Portable Front Projection Floor Screen (59 x 105") BH #ELF120NWH should not move very much, unless the ceiling fan is on high and positioned very close to the screen.

This screen in non-tensioned, but would it still work well with an ultra-short throw projector?

After having received and tested this screen, I can now add this answer: This screen is NOT suitable for ultra-short-throw (UST) projectors. The lack of tension on the screen material itself allows for large waves/ripples that prevent a UST from creating a proper image.
