This is the Interfit STR111 Strobies On-Camera Small Diffuser. It mounts easily with its elastic ring to almost any camera standard or zoom lens up to 90mm in diameter. It takes the light from your on-camera flash (shoe mount or pop-up) and softens it as it disperses it.
