I haven't found anything I don't like about it yet, but, I do like the portabiliy of it. It's really great for traveling. Great for surfing and checking e-mail. With Microsoft Office installed I really don't see much difference outside of the size from my PC.

I use this netbook for surfing the internet, checking my e-mails, and pictures. It does all of these things with ease, and is capable of so much more. The battery lasts for a long time. Have had no negative experiences with this product...

Comments about Toshiba mini NB205-N312/BL Netbook Computer (Royal Blue):
This was a gift for my wife, but I still tend to go overboard on research to make sure that I get the right product. So far this little unit has been excellent. Its worthy of the 5 stars. Battery life is fantastic. One charge for a full day of use.....yes really. It is surprisingly fast with all the applications my wife uses. I did swap out the 1gig ram for a 2 gig stick...I would recommend that on ALL of these little netbooks though. It weighs hardly anything. It is nice and slim when folded. Don't pay extra for the larger hard drive. Just doesn't make sense on these little guys. Try getting a network hard drive back up instead. The screen is plenty bright, and very clear. The sound is a little anemic but that is irrelevant for the type of use most people have on these. My wife liked this one for the "mouse" pad on the front as well. Turns out that it is MUCH better then other computers' on board "mouse" options. Bluetooth is great for the outboard mouse and other accessories. Strongly consider this one.

Convenience and easy transportability combined with adequate computing power for purposes intended make this a worthwhile product as far as I'm concerned. Friends and family have seen it in action and decided to buy one themselves based on its features and small size. One more thing, the battery life on this netbook is amazing ...

So I had put off purchasing another "for travel" laptop until I found a real reason to buy one. This netbook is the ticket. Light, fast with good battery life... I am really pleased with this purchase.
First trip with it and was able to edit documents (word), analyze data (excel), read large documents (adobe) without feeling hampered by the "smaller than a laptop" screen size. Internet tasks were a breeze and connecting flash drives & recharging phones super easy with all the available ports.
For me, the very best part may be not lugging 6+ pounds of equipment through airport security.
Comments about Toshiba mini NB205-N312/BL Netbook Computer (Royal Blue):
I had another netbook that ran out of juice in 90 minutes. This Toshiba NB 205 lasts along time. I haven't yet run out of power. It claims 8 hours and more and I can believe it.
Major benefits:
- I can work at my client or in the airplane and not worry about battery life. This means that you really use it the way you're supposed to.
- The keyboard is very comfy. Nice big keys for my clumsy fingers.
- The screen is very bright and clear.
The best netbook I've seen yet. Buy it.

Comments about Toshiba mini NB205-N312/BL Netbook Computer (Royal Blue):
The Toshiba netbook isn't a full powered laptop, but then I didn't buy it with that expectation. I compared quite a few before purchasing and narrowed it down to this and one of the latest model Acers. Both have very comfortable keyboards where others feel cheap and small. The Toshiba keyboard reminds me of a Mac and works very well.
Ultimately the slightly faster processor and longer battery life made me choose the Toshiba over Acer. I haven't been disappointed, and the battery easily goes 7 hours (way more than most).
All of my programs run well the the netbook doesn't feel too sluggish at all. The only thing I've had to get used to is the 600 pixel screen height. I find myself scrolling A LOT to browse web sites. I think Dell is the only one with a higher resolution screen, but the Toshiba runs circles around it in every other way.
