The Cavision DSLR LCD Viewfinder Set for Canon 5D Mark II is a simple way to bring the professional video viewfinder experience to Canon 5D Mark II. Attaching a unique base plate to the camera body's tripod socket allows the 6x magnification optic and hood to be used without the need for messy adhesive or touch fasteners. The unit is easily adjustable to control light leaking and can be further enhanced with optional Cavision hand grips and other accessories.
Note! The height alignment of the LCD Viewfinder is intended for the Canon 5D Mark II; it may not align properly with other cameras. For use with the Canon 7D, an additional RPC4580 spacer plate is required.

Note:The lens on the viewfinder, like all optical elements, by its nature magnifies light and thus will also magnify the sun's rays; therefore, leaving the viewfinder on the camera in direct sunlight may cause damage to the LCD. The manufacturer will not be held liable for damage caused by improper use of its products.
