The positive:
It reads/ writes very fast.(That is also based on your camera as well) I use canon products and this card works the best out of any other brand. (Whether it be still or video)
I shoot a lot of events, of course on RAW, and I don't have to change my card until the very end with the 16GB. I use a Mark II and get 700ish images on RAW or three minutes per GB for video.
The Negative:
It cost way too much money! But that is the price for being a photographer.
Conclusion:
If your a professional or a semi-professional definitely use this card!
If you're an amateur, Don't spend the money until you establish what you want to do with photography.

I have some issues while recording HD videos with my 5DmarkII.
It seems like sometimes you need more speed from the card and that the card is not delivering. You get a sign on the screen showing you need more speed ( check out the page 141 of the Instruction Manual for the 5d mkII that's the sign it will show up).
It's not all the time, just sometimes.
I am kind of disappointed because I wasn't expecting this at all from the 60MB/s 16Gb SanDisk, but Some how it happens.
I haven't been able to realize when is that this is going to happen. It happens under normal conditions, no long days, no heat, not cold, not fast movements.... I don't know...
I just order another card from a different brand , this new one is faster so let's see how it goes.
I'm giving just one (1) star because everybody rated really well and nobody mention this problem. (the card is not that bad, but you may have this problem from time to time).

I am a college photography student and this 16GB memory card was perfect for storing all my photos for my photo shoots. When I began to run out of room on my 4GB compact flash cards, I wanted to invest in a great chip that will last for a long time. This card was a great investment. It is has fast photo loading capability in Adobe Bridge and can hold about 1,400 RAW photos on my DSLR Canon Rebel XTi! Excellent product and well worth the money!

I was in desperate need of a bigger card, using my 2 4gb and having to switch out in the middle of a session was just not acceptable.
Got it for a great price, and it was very worth it!

Sent back first card to SanDisk because all my Apple computers would not recognize the card. Tried two ofther card readers and same thing. SanDisk sent another card and the same thing was happening. Was going to send back to B&H. Stopped in an Apple store to see if they had heard of this issue. It was suggested I purchase a new card reader to read the UDMA card and this did work.

I use this with my 7d to shoot music videos, make fine art images, and shoot weddings as a pro in my area. I got this card on sale for about half off, which made it a no-brainer of a deal. I have used sandisk for years and really like their products.

I use this card for time-lapse sequences with my Nikon D700. It's speedy and big, which is great. It's my first 16 gig card, so I'm feeling pretty spiffy right about now. I shall time-lapse the universe! ; )

Have two other SanDisk Extreme cards and was happy with them, but they were smaller. This one should be big enough to last for many shoots. Wasn't doing anything that would tax the speed, but it seemed fast enough.

Comments about SanDisk 16GB CompactFlash Memory Card Extreme UDMA:
The card runs fast enough that I haven't noticed the camera slow down. In fast burst mode on my Canon 7D, it will fire off shots continuously until either the battery runs out or the card gets full. You can't ask for much more than that.
