I had a similar experience as the first reviewer. I did not find that the Voightlander was loose, but did notice that there was not a distinct "click" when the adapter was mounted on the camera. I did not realize that I would need to use a piece of plastic to hold the aperture of the lens open with the Voightlander, while the Novaflex has a ring on the outside that lets you adjust the aperture manually. I was afraid that the little snippit of credit card wedged in the aperture control of the lens might some day work loose and scratch the sensor on my G1, so I decided to go with the Novaflex. The machining on the inside doesn't look perfect, but the adapter fits snugly and functions perfectly.

I tried the Novoflex adapter after trying the Voigtlander adapter. Although the Novoflex adapter was $100 more than the Voigtlander adapter, the Voigtlander adapter was not a glove-like fit, and wiggled enough to effect my ability to focus on the go. With the Novolfex adapter, I forgot I was using an adapter.
I am a video producer and use the adapter on a GH1 shooting video primarily.
