Key Features

  • 400:1 Contrast Ratio
  • XGA (1024 x 768) Resolution
  • Input Source Naming
The Hitachi CP-D10 is a workhorse of a video projector. With 2000 ANSI lumens and a 400:1 contrast ratio it has the projection power to work in both classrooms and meeting rooms, making it ideal for both the educational and business markets.

The blackboard and whiteboard modes compensate visually when you don't have a screen but you do have a board or wall to project upon.

Its fan noise is a quiet 37 dB in Normal Mode and a very quiet 29 dB in Eco Mode. Similarly, Eco Mode extends an already impressive lamp life of 3000 hours to an amazing 4000 hours. (The latter is equivalent to leaving the projector lamp on every hour of every business day for two solid years!)

As a short throw projector the CP-D10 can project a relatively large image at a short distance from the screen. Imagine a picture that's 80" diagonally with a lens that's only three feet from the projection surface.

The CP-D10 is compatible with world power requirements (100 to 240 Volts), world TV standards (NTSC, NTSC 4.43, PAL, PAL-N, PAL-M, PAL-60 and SECAM) and it even provides closed captioning when present in the input signal and you select it. That's great not only for the hard of hearing but also for audience members for whom English is a second language. This is one projector that not only gives your audience the big picture (up to 25 ft) but helps make sure they understand it.

2000 ANSI Lumens Ideal for Classrooms and Meeting Rooms
That's plenty of projection power for classrooms, boardrooms and small lecture halls. Turn the lights down or use a smaller room and the screen will positively glow.
1 Watt Speaker And Audio Out Jacks
Delivers enough volume for a classroom or plug in your own speakers to the stereo mini jacks or RCA jacks to fill a larger room with sound.
Input Source Naming Helps You Keep Track of What's Plugged In
Enjoy the convenience of giving your inputs plain English names like "Lab Camera" or "Macintosh" rather than "Composite 1" or "PC2".
Easily Accessible 4,000 Hour Hybrid Fan Filter Saves Time and Money
Even with heavy use that means you can go years before you need to change the fan filter. And when you have to, you can do so easily and quickly.
Super Compatible For World Travelers
With a power supply that can use 100 – 120 V AC; 220 – 240V 50/60 Hz (optional power cord may be required) and a video system that can accommodate NTSC, (The North American video system) NTSC 4.43, PAL, PAL-N, PAL-M, PAL-60 and SECAM there are very few places in the world you can't go and show with the CP-D10. And you can choose from more than 30(!) languages for the onscreen display (OSD).
Closed Captioning From Program Sources That Provide It
This projector can display Closed Caption channels 1 through 4 when present and if desired. This can be useful not only for the hard of hearing but for people learning English as a second language. With the CP-D10 it's easy to address your entire audience.
