The Olympus MMF-2 Four Thirds to Micro Four Thirds Lens Adapter makes it possible to mount any existing Four Thirds lens on a Micro Four Thirds digital camera such as the Olympus E-P1, E-P2, and E-PL1. AF shooting using Live View is possible with lenses featuring contrast AF compatibility. When a contrast AF incompatible lens is used, the AF assist function engages. This item replaces the MMF-1.

Comments about Olympus MMF-2 Four Thirds to Micro Four Thirds Lens Adapter:
This lens adapter is very sturdy. I have a E-510 and a E-P2. I bought the two lens kit for the Pl2 but had a 70-300 for my 510. Priced the 70-300 in micro and decided the lens adapter would work for me with a tripod. Perfect solution! I usually set up to take birds with that lens. Love it!!

Comments about Olympus MMF-2 Four Thirds to Micro Four Thirds Lens Adapter:
I bought this to use an Olympus Zuiko Digital 35mm f/3.5 macro lens with my Olympus Pen E-Pl1 digital SLR camera. I had previously tried a generic Fotodiox adapter and it wouldn't work properly with the macro lens (couldn't focus). So I bit the bullet and got this more expensive adapter and am glad I did. It works perfectly and focuses automatically, which is what an amateur like me needs! The price at B&H was better than the competition. I'm quite happy.

The MMF-2 adapter is an excellent way to expand your micro 4/3rds camera. Using the 4/3 camera lens line gives you a lot more flexibility and it works like a charm. I have shot stills and video with mine and it functions flawlessly. Love it!

Comments about Olympus MMF-2 Four Thirds to Micro Four Thirds Lens Adapter:
I used this to adapt a 4/3rds Olympus telephoto lens to a micro 4/3rds Panasonic body. It works perfectly and is small enough that it doesn't add any more weight and length to an already long and heavy lens setup.

Comments about Olympus MMF-2 Four Thirds to Micro Four Thirds Lens Adapter:
This adaptor is very light weight. Almost to the point of feeling cheap. My panasonic adaptor is much heavier. No failures yet though, must be made of some sort of engineering plastic or something.

I bought the MMF-2 4/3rds to micro adapter to use on my E-P2. I have a macro lens, which I use on my E-501, that I wanted to use on a recent trip. It makes using that and other lenses on the E-P2 so easy.

The adapter allows you to use Oly standard 4/3 lens on the new micro 4/3 cameras. Works great and is light weight - like the E-P1 Oly camera.
Comments about Olympus MMF-2 Four Thirds to Micro Four Thirds Lens Adapter:
That's what it looks like when, with the help of the Olympus MMF-2 Adapter you add Olympus' 70-300mm or 12 - 60 mm lens a to the new Olympus Pen EPL1 camera. I did both during a recent 3-week trip to India, and now for everyday use I have on it a 25mm lens. Thanks to the adapter, possibilities are endless.

it was exactly what I needed for my camera!!!
Comments about Olympus MMF-2 Four Thirds to Micro Four Thirds Lens Adapter:
Expanded options by being able to use my existing 4/3 lenses on my new PEN. No issues experienced with ZD40-150 and 70-300 (perform well).
