This wrist strap has thought behind it's production. When you attach the strap you will notice it has plenty of "strap" to make it as long as you want. It seems well made and supports my 5D Mark 2 with no problem. When it tightens down onto your wrist it stops just shy of being tight so it doesn't pinch, and I have relatively large wrists. It is very light weight and the material is breathable so it never gets hot. It's incredibly comfortable.
After it's on and you want to take it off, you have to set it down because you need to relieve the tension. That takes a little getting used to for a first time wrist strap user. The only thing I don't like is the RED strap color, I wish it was gray, green, or black.
When you current neck strap gets in the way, a wrist strap is perfect, and the Clik Elite team makes an AMAZING product.

I used this strap on a trip to Europe. After a few days I switched back to the neck strap. Using a wrist strap, one hand is always occupied and it got tiring holding the camera. I also found it difficult to change lenses with this strap because you always had one hand occupied holding the camera.
Good strap for studio work or if you have an easy access case you walk around with. For me, walking around all day exploring, this strap was not the right one.

I use one camera to shoot my boys baseball/soccer/football games, and having a standard camera strap was an annoyance. I rarely put the camera down, but still wanted a strap just in case the camera slipped from my hand. This thing is awesome!

Very comfortable strap. The mesh keeps your wrist from getting too hot and red strap itself is long enough for you to use even with a battery grip installed.
Much more comfortable then using a neck strap.

What a great find. I have never liked a standard neckstrap and would always wrap the strap around my wrist. This wrist strap is perfect.

The strap is a very nice material, and much more lightweight than the one that comes with the canons. Tightens as you pull but I wouldn't feel comfortable letting my Eos 7d hang from it

For years I twisted my neck strap around my wrist in case of dropping my camera. Actually putting it around my neck was rare and awkward. I wish I'd bought this 5 years earlier!

Comments about Clik Elite Wrist Strap:
Went with this over the op/tech because I felt that the wider strap was more comfortable and I'm glad I did. Perfect for my small camera but it could hold a lot more weight comfortably.
The strap has a pass-through eyelet, so it opens to fit your hand and closes around your wrist under weight.
It's great and a worthy upgrade over cheaper straps. Get one, you'll be glad you did.

This is a wonderful strap that is strong and yet still breathes incredibly well. My only regret is that it is not black. However, you can easily black it out with a Sharpie or something similar. Buy it, you won't regret it.

Right after installing this wrist strap I knew I made a great purchase! The material is solid and I feel confident that the strap would support my heavy DSLR and large lens! The actual material that goes around your wrist is very soft and light!
I personally love the gray/red color!

Comments about Clik Elite Wrist Strap:
I use this strap with a d40 on a 35mm lens - setup is minimal and easy to throw into a bag, which I prefer to sitting around my neck or on my hip when on the go. This strap feels very secure, comfortable in extreme conditions (has been through both monsoon season in southeast asia as well as some blizzards in iceland!), and stylish to boot. Definitely not the low-key look a similar black leather attachment might add, but fun when you're asked why your camera has a snowboard leash!
There's enough slack that when aforementioned d40 is mounted to a telephoto I can grip the (much heavier) lens instead of the camera body, but I don't think I'd be comfortable letting that much weigh swing on my wrist.

Comments about Clik Elite Wrist Strap:
I use this on my Canon 50D. It was easy to put on, it has enough strap to make the tether as long as you want, and it is easy to use. It takes a little getting used to, but so far, I am very happy with it. It is great when walking around shooting, and more secure than just holding the camera with no strap.

Looked at several wrist straps, didn't want an attachment to the bottom of the camera, looks cool and feels even better on my wrist.

Very comfortable and useful. I use this and a Black Rapid strap depending on the situation. Very convenient because you don't have a big strap hanging out of your holster case when you're not using your camera. It'd be nice if they made all black ones.

The strap has just the right amount of cushion to make a heavy camera easy to hold. The wrist band is very long, but adjustable.

I have a D300s with battery pack and a Kirk L bracket. With this strap attached to the bottom of the Kirk L bracket,i can shoot in potrait or landscape without having to take my hand out of the strap. The comfortable strap allows me to keep my camera secure and it tightens further if u lose grip of your camera. It would have been 4 stars if it came in black and grey.

Comments about Clik Elite Wrist Strap:
I was looking for a convenient way to secure my camera to my wrist without having to wrap the neck strap several wraps. This strap address the issue very well. I have not had a chance to use it in a hot climate but I suspect it will not cause the sweating that the neck strap did. It also addresses the securtity issue by tightening if the camera is pulled away.
