The cable works as advertised. I connected it to my AT wireless transmitter and my mic sounded as good as before. This is only a worthwhile purchase if you've already invested in the AudioTechnica wireless ecosystem, as I don't think it will work with other brands. It seems a little expensive for it being a simple adapter and the length, but as there are no alternatives it still provides good value.

can this be used with the Audio Technica System 10 Transmitter to use with XLR mics or XLR output from mixers or press multi-box?
Yes, I’ve used it this way. Just need to be sure to adjust the attenuation as needed. Also, keep in mind it won’t supply phantom power, so you’ll need a dynamic mic.

Can you use this cable to power a monitor? I have 4 pin Hirose out of my camera and the monitor has 4 pin XLR. What about the pin configuration?
That would not be the intended purpose for the cable. But I must also say I have never tested it for that application so I could not say no ./
