The 503HDV Fluid Head w/Gitzo Carbon Fiber 6X Tripod & Case B&H Kit is a lightweight, professional tripod system consisting of the 503HDV fluid head, Gitzo 3-section tripod, and a 75mm half ball. With a combined weight of under 10 lbs and an impressive height range of 9-63", this combo of one of Manfrotto's most popular heads with the featherweight stability of the Gitzo 6X offers a sturdy solution for medium to large camcorders. Able to quickly set up and break down with ease, it's a video support package that's perfect for run-and-gun shooting and a variety of other professional video (or photo) applications.
503HDV Fluid Head
The continuously-variable fluid drag system of the 503HDV provides just the right amount of dampening for any shot on your list; from whip pans to slow motion, just dial in drag to touch. This capability, in conjunction with the 3-step counterbalance, delivers the type of finger-tip camera control normally found on much more costly production fluid heads.
