The MuxLab Component Video/Analog Audio Balun (Male) transmits 1 component video (YPbPr or RGB) signal and 1 analog audio signal using Category 5E/6 twisted pair cables.
When used in pairs, the Component Video/Analog Audio Balun supports applications that use 480i/p (up to 1000') and 720p and 1080i/p (up to 500') HDTV (hi-definition) video. It offers support for analog audio on a fourth twisted pair, and features molded color-coded RCA cable leads and modular shielded RJ45 connectors for an easy attachment.
Offering a common mode rejection of up to -55 dB for video and up to 60 dB for audio, the Component Video/Analog Audio Balun ensures an error-free transmission. It is housed in ABS fire-retardant plastic.
