The hahnel Wireless RF Pro Remote Control for Canon/Nikon Digital SLRs is an easy-to-use wireless remote control that works with both Nikon and Canon DSLRs. It provides auto-focusing before shutter release, and a lock-in function for continuous shutter release and bulb exposure function. It will also transmit through walls, and has a maximum range of 240' (73 m). The push-button control can also operate as a short distance cable release.
A four-digit code selector switch, built into the transmitter and receiver, allows individual codes to be set to eliminate interference from other sources. The receiver can be securely mounted to the camera using the included built-in camera shoe. Camera connectors for Nikon and Canon are included. Batteries are included. The transmitter is supplied with a non-replaceable battery with an average life of 5 years. The receiver is supplied with a replaceable CR2 battery.
