I run with the armband 3-5 times per week. My iPhone4 fit perfectly, and the quality is excellent. The only way it could be improved is if it was completely water proof.

Very comfortable and easy to use. Wore it to the gym and worked great.
Only disadvantage is the strap might be too short for people with thick arms. It barely fit mine.

I use this armband for biking and running, and I have been thrilled with it. I have had two incase armbands that have both failed (cracking of front pane) and did not cover the phone that well. This case covers my phone completely and I am confident that my phone is protected while inside. When I was using it during a bike ride the other day, it started pouring very heavily, but this case, although soaked on the outside, was dry on the inside and protected my phone.

Great for exercising! Comfortable and affordable. Only bad thing is that I have to remove my iPhone case before putting it in the armband because it does not fit...this can get annoying when exercising frequently.
