I'd caution that I'm a novice user, but I bought the card to go in my new Nikon P100 camera. I originally bought a class 4 card, but the P100 requires a class 6 card or above to run smoothly. So, I ordered this card given the great price [$]. The P100 listed a couple mfg's that they tested, and while PNY wasn't one of them, I figured I'd gamble on what seemed to be a reputable company. So far, the card seems to be able to keep up with the video and continuous shooting modes, which is all I could think to ask of it. Good luck -- I'll try to remember to update this if I encounter any problems!

Was using this card for a shoot of a race (fast action shooting). It did well until when it became half full and then it would lock up and cause a "busy" prompt. This caused me to miss many pics which didn't make my boss happy!!
I would NOT classify this card as a Class 10, as someone else said it should be a class 6.
I also have the 8 GB version of this card and it has been giving me error messages lately!!
I'm switching to SanDisk ASAP!!

I got this 16GB class 10 for my compact camera. I will be using it in my camera and the speed will help me when I am shooting moving people, water, or vehicles. This is by far the greatest SDHC Memory card I have purchased yet. It was cheaper than the other two I own and it's a class 10, where my other two are class 4. It is great for the HD video. I don't experience any lagging in the quality. I recommend these to everyone.

I bought 3 of these before my trip to Alaska, and when I arrived I found out that they buffered too much and stopped the recording after almost every 10 seconds. I was stuck on a job with no way to get more media. I contacted PNY, and they said to "format" the cards. Of course I did and did again. Still have major issues with any recording of video. Needless to say, selling the cards and buying Lexar or SanDisk.
