I bought this for my Sony FS100 which uses the same mounting as the NEX. Unfortunately this little adapter will not fit AT ALL. So if you just bought that very cool FS100 and think you are going to use a few of you EOS 5d lenses....well you can forget it with this little adapter.

The attachment to an EOS Lens and to the NEX-FS100 I use is very difficult, the alignment has to be exact, makes for a tight fit but is extremely difficult to put on or take off. This is not something you do in a moment -- it sometimes takes 5 minutes to get the alignment correct. As advertised, the unit does not allow control of the EOS lens so be sure that you have manual control on the lens and are comfortable with that situation.
