Toshiba X505-Q8104 Overview

The Qosmio X505-Q8104 18.4" Notebook Computer from Toshiba is a portable computer with a high-performance graphics card and powerful Intel processor. The system's 18.4" widescreen display features a 16:9 aspect ratio and a 1920 x 1080 native resolution -- equal to that of 1080p video. Graphics are handled by the dedicated nVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M card, boasting 1.5GB of GDDR5 memory.

The computer's multimedia features are highlighted by its Blu-ray optical drive. It allows you to play HD movies on Blu-ray disc -- either on the Satellite's HD display, or on an HDTV via the notebook's HDMI output. The drive can also read and write DVDs and CDs. It supports Labelflash printing when using compatible media.

The system is adorned with Toshiba's Fusion Finish in Omega Black. Metallic red accents and system lights complement the design. Audio is provided by high-quality harman/kardon speakers, further enhancing the computer's multimedia capabilities. Input is handled by a LED backlit, full-size keyboard with a dedicated numeric keypad and a multi-touch enabled touchpad pointing device.
