The 960H High Resolution True Day/Night Box Camera from Samsung uses a 1/2" Ex-view HAD CCD image sensor to deliver detailed imagery in low light conditions at a resolution of up to 600TVL. The minimum illumination of 0.1 lux for reproducing color images makes the camera suitable for night time surveillance.
With XDR (eXtended Dynamic Range), the camera delivers clearly visible images in high-contrast light conditions. The digital noise reduction and 3D+2D filter digitally corrects any video noise that could cause blurring or distortion in the images by minimizing the signal-to-noise ratio penalties. The backlight compensation feature adjusts the video gain, correcting the exposure when the object being captured is in front of a bright light, while the automatic gain control adjusts the signal strength to maintain a constant brightness level. Working to provide you with accurate color depiction, the auto white balance will adjust the red and blue signals by using a standard white color reference to get the most natural colors. With digital image stabilization, the camera offers steady pictures by compensating for any camera movement caused by external stimuli.
The camera can be controlled using the video coaxial cable allowing you to remotely perform the camera setup and adjustments, simplifying the installation process.
