This is a effective way to hold screens or all in one computers. We usually get 2 years of us at our front desk in a medical office. This is with patients moving it up and down constantly. The only weakness is the plastic clips that lock screen/computer to mount.

I used this as a display mount in a public use area. I was able to lock it down to disable movement on a 30 inch screen. Very happy with this product.

Might this be strong enough to use in a moving ...

Might this be strong enough to use in a moving vehicle? I'm looking for a desktop mount for an RV that is stable to use, or at least stay in place, while in motion.

While we are not aware of any specific tests regarding this mount being put in an RV, it does have a screw down bolting and a 44 pound load capacity. It should be very sturdy.
