This is a blister pack of 8 Eneloop AA Ni-MH Batteries from Sanyo. These batteries are superior to traditional alkaline AA batteries since they are rechargeable and will retain their charge over a 3-year span. They come pre-charged out of the pack and can be recharged approximately up to 1500x. They are also a cost-effective and environmentally friendly way to use batteries since they can be re-used over and over without having to toss them away.

I've been using these mostly in my Pentax K2000 and they have lasted longer than any other battery right out of the box. I am just starting on my first charging series. I just ordered some "AAA" and more "AA" for other uses.

Comments about Sanyo Eneloop AA Rechargeable Ni-MH Batteries (2000mAh, Blister Pack of 8):
I first purchased these batteries a year ago and they are still going strong. I use the Pearlstone charger because it has a ready-light...a missing feature in the Sanyo charger, as others have mentioned.
Last week I bought the Sanyo Eneloop 8-pack to run 2 new Pocket Wizards TT5's and also to provide a battery backup for my Nikon D7000 Battery Grip for those long 15 hour shoots.
Anyway, I couldn't be happier, the Sanyo Eneloops just perform.

Comments about Sanyo Eneloop AA Rechargeable Ni-MH Batteries (2000mAh, Blister Pack of 8):
I have tried many other battery brands and the Eneloops are clearly the best I own! I also have the Sony, Panasonic and Eneloop XX batteries. The XX are a bit better but for the price, these are awesome too.
Get a good charger (independant charge for each battery and microprocessor controlled) and any battery you use will last you longer. Cheap chargers are a waste of money in my opinion.

I've been using eneloops for years in my speedlights.
The retain their charge so I am always confident when I put the batteries in that they are charged, even if they haven't been used recently.
Good power reduces recycle time.

Comments about Sanyo Eneloop AA Rechargeable Ni-MH Batteries (2000mAh, Blister Pack of 8):
I bought these batteries for use in my Nikon SB900 and SB600 flash units along with an SD-9 flash pack. They charged quickly in the charging station I purchased and held up beautifully for a several-hour event shoot. The flashes recycled quickly and I didn't have to change the batteries once. So far, so great. :)

Comments about Sanyo Eneloop AA Rechargeable Ni-MH Batteries (2000mAh, Blister Pack of 8):
I own about 60 of these batteries since I do both photography and video work and it seems that everything needs AA rechargables. I have been buying Eneloop since they first hit the market and I haven't looked back. I am STILL using my original Eneloops LONG after their stated maximum recharges and I still don't notice any degradation of performance. Really quite amazing.
They are a bit more expensive than other rechargeable AA's, but who cares. For this kind of quality, durability, lifespan, and charge-holding ability, I would pay twice the price.

Used in a battery hungry Logitech G700 -which is an excellent gaming mouse btw.
I can't give a charge time only because I haven't timed them but it seems between 2 - 4 hours from drained to full charge.

Comments about Sanyo Eneloop AA Rechargeable Ni-MH Batteries (2000mAh, Blister Pack of 8):
I use these Sanyo Eneloops for everything that uses AA and have even converted some items that used D or C batteries over to these AA Eneloops. I also have the AAA Eneloops as well. Great Japanese quality.
The Eneloops' charged 'shelf life' is what has made me give up the 2500~2700mAH high capacity NiMH for the 2000mAH Sanyo Eneloops. What good is that high capacity NiMH if you don't use it within a day or two of charging it? These Eneloops are great a month or even three months later. Before I couldn't put regular NiMH batteries in my mouse, keyboard or a clock because they wouldn't last that long and Alkaline batteries seemed like the only choice. No more AAA, AA, C or D Alkaline batteries for me now as the Sanyo AAA and AA Eneloops handle all those requirements now.
Great product Sanyo and great pricing and service here at B&H as always!
