Sanyo Eneloop AAA Rechargeable Ni-MH Batteries (800mAh, Blister Pack of 4)
This is a blister pack of four Eneloop AAA Ni-MH Batteries from Sanyo. These batteries are superior to traditional alkaline AAA batteries since they are rechargeable and will retain their charge over a 3-year span. They come pre-charged out of the pack and can be recharged approximately up to 1500x. They are also a cost-effective and environmentally friendly way to use batteries since they can be re-used over and over without having to toss them away.

Purchased the AAA Eneloops to replace batteries in my Panasonic portable phone handsets. A pair of OEM replacement batteries from Panasonic would have cost at least $18. I was able to purchase two four-packs of Eneloop AAA batteries, and pay for delivery, all for less than $18.
I replaced the batteries in all three handsets, and now I have two AAA Eneloops to spare.
The best part is the Eneloops work great in the handsets (Panasonic KX-TGA931T). It's like I have a new set of phones. They hold their charge great, and I saved a bundle in the process.
I would highly recommend these batteries to replace the Panasonic OEM batteries in their portable handsets.

And it takes about 2.5-3 hours to fully charge them.
Sanyo should improve this model.

Where Ni-MH batteries are required, Eneeloops by Sanyo are as good as these get. They hold their charge well, charge uniformly and with a minimum hysteresis, have reasonable temperature range tolerance and last as long or longer than other batteries. I have used these batteries in several different sizes and compared these with their competition. Sanyo Eneeloops win every time.

Sanyo Eneloops are terrific batteries. They have a long life, hold a charge very well, don't drop off like other batteries and are fairly priced. I can't imagine ever buying an alkaline again. These perform better, can be used over and over and are not much more than a set of disposables. From what I understand, when they charge these up, Sanyo (Japan) uses solar energy. Very cool!
I use these with my portable headphone amps and my energy-intensive LED flashlights. Much better performance than I've ever gotten from an alkaline.

Eneloop batteries represent the best Ni-MH batteries available to the consumer. That they are useable out of the package without prior charging is the first evidence of their remarkable charge retention. That they can be kept in occaisional use devices for long periods without regular recharging is amazing. As of now, they are the only Ni-MH batteries I will buy. The only "con" that I can think of is that they are all but impossible to find on retail shelves and must be purchased on-line. I use them in telephones, flashlights, portable CD players, game machines and more.

I've been using AA and AAA Sanyo eneloops for over a year, for my DSLR power pack; Metz 50 and 24 flash units; Olympus FL-14 flash; three Canon PowerShots; Apple wireless keyboard and mouse, portable radios--pretty much everything! Best cost/performance batteries I know of. Reliable too, no sudden drops in charge or anything unpredictable.

After running them through a "refresh" cycle on my charger, these peak out around 800mAh. They last a long while in the devices I use them in - some are high drain, others are very low drain.
If you're tired of buying Alkaline batteries, get these and a decent charger (Maha or LaCrosse), and you'll be set for years and years.

I will be using the batteries in an array of devices, mostly small flashlights. The ability of eneloop batteries to keep charge for a long time is what sets them apart from the other rechargeable batteries, and that's what made me switch to eneloop batteries for all my AA and now AAA devices. My wife used these batteries for her nursing lecture classes and she said the life of the battery is AMAZING. She uses it A LOT and still working.
