BlackRapid Snapr35 + Sling Strap
The Snapr35 + Sling Strap from BlackRapid is a unique addition to Black Rapid's roster of fine equipment. The Snapr35 is a combination bag and sling strap that permits you to simply slide the camera out of the bag and up to eye level. Since the camera is always tethered to the bag, there's never a worry about losing or forgetting it anywhere. Made from heavy-duty ballistic nylon, The Snapr35 can be used either as a bag, sling or hand strap - or as a combination of all three.
- The Snapr35 is a bit larger than BlackRapid's SnapR 20 that is designed to fit smaller point-and-shoot cameras
- The tether attaches to the camera's tripod socket

This bag is home for my Fuji FinePix X100 with lens hood and a Really Right Stuff camera plate attached, perfect fit. The side pockets hold a B&W polarizer, spare battery and a WhiBal.
I mostly use a Leica camera strap that also fits into the bag. The only time I have used the supplied tethered strap that attaches to the camera via the tripod mount was while hiking and it worked great. I was able to wear the bag over my backpack shoulder straps and it kept the camera protected from a rain drizzle and my perspiration while keeping the camera handy.
When I received the bag the main strap had been fabricated wrong, it was all messed up. By cutting the defective strap and using some Fastex hardware I had on hand I was able to make the strap work as it should. The reason for this story is that I contacted BlackRapid via email and they were very responsive and helpful, even offered to send me a new bag. Great service.

This product is used to carry a E-PL3 4/3 camera. Love this holder. Have a 14-42 lens on the camera and it works very well. Enough room to put extra SD cads in the case and a filter.
The sling is nice to give you extra protection so you won't drop your camera.
Very nice and highly recommended for 4/3 cameras.

A little tight for the Nex-5n with 17-55mm lens, but my wife loves it anyway. She was always afraid of dropping her cameras, now no worries.

I carry my fuji x100 around in this and I do a lot of street photography. Not only can it hold my camera in case it's rainy but it also has a system to ditch the bag and use the strap just for the camera. It's comfortable and it's always ready. I never miss a shot. MGreat bag.
