The KanexPro HDMI Repeater with 3D Support is used to route or extend HDMI sources to remotely located projectors and displays. Rebuilding the incoming digital signal, which eliminates noise, the repeater with a built-in equalizer (8 levels of selectable equalization) maintains signal integrity over the entire transmission length.
In addition to offering data transmission rates of up to 6.75 Gbps, the HDMI Repeater supports videos with resolutions up to 1080p and digital audio over a single link. It also supports transmission of 3D format signals for attaching 3D HDTVs. In addition to supporting HDCP and EDID protocols, the repeater ensures jitter-free operation with the connected devices. In addition, the repeater supports HDMI 1.3 specifications such as Deep color, HD lossless audio formats, and Lip sync. Housed in a rack-mountable metal enclosure, the HDMI Repeater requires 5 VDC for operation provided by the included power supply.
