The 30" Glidetrack Shooter HD (Heavy Duty) doubles as both a slider and a shoulder support. It is of yet sturdier construction than the SD version and has self-lubricating 16mm rails designed for smoothness in getting tracking shots and glides at angles. Adjust a couple of knobs, and you've got before you a shoulder support with dual grips, a soft shoulder pad, and a removable center handle.
