Very annoying design, I didn't pay attention

Most safety chains have caribeaners - this mechanism you have to unscrew, it takes a lot of time compared to the caribeaner method. I'm keeping a few for really heavy lights, but they're really annoying to use.

This cable is quite strong and supports a lot of weight, 110lbs to be exact. The is definitely a better option that the ones available out there, I would probably but it again.
