The Panasonic TH-42LF30U 42" Class Full HD LCD Display is primarily designed for signage applications in instances where clear images need to display in bright places. The LCD display is designed to be a workhorse. The 50,000 hour rated panel will satisfy the busiest of users while reducing image retention when running program material for long periods of time.
The TH-42LF30U boasts two HDMI, component, DVI, PC and RS-232C inputs / outputs but also allows the addition of more mounting boards like SLOT2.0, which is developed to defeat obsolescence and promote expandability.
The 1920 x 1080 panel features a wide color gamut backed by a 1200:1 contrast ratio, which recreates crisp detail in any installation regardless of viewing angle. The TH-42LF30U treats viewers to steady, blur-free, fast moving images and is the perfect fit for any environment that needs 24/7 operation.
- The SLOT2.0 function slot on the TH-42LF30U greatly expands the display's range of applications. It lets you mount an optional function board to suit your application. It also features a variety of input terminals, including DVI-D in / out and RS-232C in / out, for connection of up to 100 displays in a daisy chain configuration for greater operating efficiency
- The bezel on the TH-42LF30U is only 0.72" (18.3mm) wide. This allows it to blend in with the installation space and gives greater visibility to the images on display. The bezel is also less noticeable in multi-screen displays, for effective large screen applications
- With eco mode, a light sensor detects the ambient light level and controls the brightness of the backlight accordingly. This maintains optimum display brightness. It also helps to save energy by reducing the backlight power consumption
- 10W (5W + 5W) speakers are built into the left and right sides of the rear panel. This eliminates the need to attach external speakers when sound is required, for quick and easy installation
