Perfect for work or play, the black Acer 500GB 11.6" Aspire One AO756-4890 Netbook is ideal for students and mobile professionals. It's equipped with tools for work, multiple interface options, plenty of storage room for media and quality graphics. The Aspire One is able to multitask efficiently, thanks to its Intel Pentium 987 1.5GHz dual-core processor. Plus, the integrated 4GB DDR3 SDRAM memory also supports smooth multitasking. For storing all your media and files, the netbook features a 500GB Serial ATA 5400 rpm hard drive. And, with a 2-in-1 memory card reader, you'll be able to expand your storage capacities using either SD or MMC memory cards and import content from digital cameras and camcorders.
The Aspire One features a high-definition 11.6" CineCrystal Active Matrix TFT Color LCD with LED backlighting, widescreen 1366 x 768 resolution and Intel HD Graphics. For network connectivity, you can choose wired LAN 10/100 Fast Ethernet via RJ-45 or wireless WLAN Atheros HB125 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi. The Aspire One is also equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 wireless technology and HDMI connectivity. It features three USB 2.0 ports and a VGA port as well.
For audio, the Aspire One is outfitted with high-definition audio support, as well as built-in stereo speakers, an integrated microphone, a headphone jack and a microphone jack. This netbook also features a full-size Acer FineTip keyboard and a useful multi-gesture touchpad, which acts like an enhanced mouse that supports multiple finger gestures - all of which make navigating the Windows 8 OS and the Internet faster and more intuitive. Other features include a webcam and a 4-cell lithium-ion rechargeable battery that has a maximum run-time of 4.2 hours - making the Aspire One ideal for work, play and travel.
