Does not work with new Z-series mirrorless cameras

Overall Im happy, though I bought this hoping it would work with my Nikon Z-6 as Im falling in love with its capabilities as a video camera and wanted to power it off one of my larger bricks. Unfortunately it does not work with the Z6 and the Z6 display screen tells you just that the minute you insert it into the battery compartment.  Fortunately not all is lost as it works just fine with my D750 which shoots decent video (although nowhere near the quality of the Z6). Overall Im happy with it. Looking forward to a new version that works with the Z6.

It's great not having to swap batteries several times a day. Tapping into one battery for the camera and any attached devices makes for a more efficient shoot.

question

does this work with the nikon d850?
Asked by: Anonymous
I've had trouble with another brand cable for this purpose. Though the 850 accepts EN-EL15 batteries I think there is some sort of compatibility issue that is not found in the 800 or 810. Did you end up purchasing? Did it work?
