The iUSBportCAMERA Wireless Transmitter for Select Canon and Nikon DSLR Cameras from HyperDrive by Sanho allows you to wirelessly control your digital SLR and view and share images via your mobile device. Remotely access advanced features, such as intervalometer, HDR bracketing and self-timer, in addition to shutter speed, aperture, white balance, and ISO. All exposure information, including a histogram, for each image is displayed on your mobile device screen. See live view images from the camera's LCD--all right on your iPad, iPhone or Mac computer. Instantly review and transfer images wirelessly. The iUSBportCAMERA offers 20Mbps data transfer speeds via 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi and has a working range of approximately 50'.
The iUSBportCAMERA has a buffer of over 500 images to enable continuous shooting. The device allows you to place your DSLR in hard-to-reach locations and capture images without a problem. It attaches directly to your DSLR via hotshoe or tripod mount, and its cord with USB 2.0 interface plugs into the camera's USB port. The device uses iUSBport technology to wirelessly interface DSLR cameras' USB ports with Wi-Fi enabled mobile devices. Benefit from integration with Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Lightroom, enabling image review and editing during shoots. The iUSBportCAMERA is compatible with most Canon and Nikon DSLR cameras, and offers native platform support for Mac and iOS devices.
Download the native iUSBport app for iPad from the Apple App Store. A native app for iPhone is forthcoming. Additionally, a web app is available on HyperDrive's website at hypershop.com. It is not downloadable, but rather, works like an FTP site. It supports all iOS, Android and Windows platforms and devices and works in Chrome and Safari browsers. Please note that you will have to download a firmware update from hypershop.com before using this app.
The device has an LCD screen with a 132 x 32 resolution. It's powered by a 3300mAh rechargeable lithium-polymer battery.
