When we have multiple interviews to do, we use these mics instead of lavs . Less wiring to deal with and the guests don’t need to undress to attach the mic. Audio is excellent.

Great for the price

This is a very directional microphone that rejects side sound very well. It is pretty long and the audio quality is a little on the thin side - certainly not warm and fuzzy - but what do you want for $? Not a primary mic, but in a difficult audio environment, it can be a life saver. Also a first choice if you can't get close to your subject. It does reach out very well. And AT builds thier mics like tanks, so you know it's rugged.
