A+ Adapter for Lee Filter 100mm Holder!

If you are familiar with Lee Filter's 100mm system, you are likely aware that the cost of 105mm CPL filters are quite high ($ to $ or more). In order to attach a CPL filter to the holder, a 105mm accessory ring is also required, which is fairly expensive too. The benefit of this step-down ring is it converts Lee's 105mm accessory ring to accept 95mm CPL filters. I found a 95mm CPL filter at a much lower cost while not creating a significant vignetting problem on my Canon ultra-wide angle lens. This step-down ring saved me money!

What is the total outer diameter of this ring? ...
What is the total outer diameter of this ring? Would the outer diameter of this step up ring fit snugly into the 105mm opening of my clamp-on matte box?
Unfortunately, there are no published measurements we could find at current time for the exact outer diameter, but the "step down" ring that is designed to take your mounting option down to a lower number, should easily mount on an opening that matches that higher number, in this case, your 105mm opening on the matte box.

Would this step-down ring allow me to mount a 95mm filter on a lens with 105mm filter size?
Both the outside and inside threads on this have a pitch of 1.0 mm so it will work if your lens and filter threads have a pitch of 1.0 mm. In my experience most brands of 95 mm filters are threaded with this pitch. However 95 mm filters made by Formatt-Hitech have a pitch of 0.75 mm and will not fit.
