The Timecode Buddy Wi-Fi Master from Timecode Systems is a core product in this system. As an accurate timecode generator and a robust multi-channel digital transceiver, the Wi-Fi Master offers Wi-Fi connectivity and a complete workflow solution. It offers 4 key functions.
Four Functions
Accurate timecode generator: The heart of the Timecode Buddy Wi-Fi Master is installed with a temperature-controlled crystal that's pre-tuned to accuracy out of the box. There's no need to take extra time, tuning each device before every use.
Robust multi-channel digital transceiver: It is installed to sync timecode within the Timecode Buddy family. Timecode is transmitted and synced between all master and slave units on a shoot, seamlessly over one of the fourteen license-free ISM BAND RF channels.
Empowered with simultaneous Wi-Fi connectivity, you can stream sample accurate timecode over Wi-Fi to up to 10 iPhones or iPads. This gives everyone from timecode loggers, camera assistants, to script supervisors, and directors' access to the same synced timecode.
A workflow solution: Use the Timecode Buddy Wi-Fi Master with MovieSlate (sold separately) to unlock a comprehensive timecode and metadata logging tool that allows you to email your editor with the appropriate file to import directly into the timeline of the edit.
