Shot on an old 300 mm Nikon telephoto (a rather unruly behemoth with manual focus) from a hilltop on the far side of a large field in the early evening. The colors around here this time of year are beautiful, but what I liked the most about this shot was the cloud-like layering of hills receding in the background.
