This is a portrait of my friend and art director Jack Dylan in his Brooklyn Apt. I loved his apt for the set and wanted the light to be moody and dark. Unfortunately, I was there during the day, so I set my key light to help boost the light coming from the Ambient (lamp) light in the room and then stopped my camera down, so that the windows won't blow out. Then in post I just played around with color balance and dodge/burn to create the final moody look I was looking for.
