Usher in the era of Copilot+ PCs and take full advantage of AI with the Snapdragon X Elite and Plus processors. Delivering optimal performance, intelligence, and power efficiency, Snapdragon X Elite and Plus are designed for creators, gamers, collaborators, engineers, and everyone in between. Featuring a 4nm System-on-a-Chip (SoC) architecture, these processors provide fast responsiveness and can handle multi-tasking workloads with ease, all while providing multi-day battery life.
The Snapdragon X Series platform features two processors, the Snapdragon X Elite and the Snapdragon X Plus.
The Snapdragon X Elite houses a Qualcomm Oryon 12-Core CPU with 42MB of cache and can have a max multi-thread frequency ranging from 3.4 to 4.2 GHz. Depending on the model, the Snapdragon X Elite can also feature Dual-Core Boost, which is designed to provide even more power and performance when it comes to demanding workflows that require fast responsiveness.
The Snapdragon X Plus features a Qualcomm Oryon 10-Core CPU with 42MB of cache. While it may not have the Dual-Core Boost feature, the Snapdragon X Plus still provides leading performance per watt and can handle AI-powered experiences with ease.
Both the Snapdragon X Elite and Plus feature an integrated Qualcomm Adreno GPU, which can deliver stunning graphics for both entertainment and content creation. AV1 encode and decode support allows for up to 4K HDR video streaming. Need more displays? Snapdragon X Elite and Plus can output up to three external 4K UHD monitors running at 60 Hz. Both models support LPDDR5x RAM with 135 GB/s bandwidth, allowing for faster AI experiences and efficient multi-tasking.

With a built-in Qualcomm Hexagon NPU, both Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon X Plus can handle up to 45 trillion operations per second (TOPS). The architecture of the NPU is designed to run modern neural networks quickly and efficiently. In fact, the NPU is so fast that it can run multiple neural networks simultaneously. This allows the central processing unit (CPU) and graphics processing unit (GPU) to focus on their traditional workloads.
The NPU plays a pivotal role for on-device AI processing as well as power efficiency. AI-powered applications running directly on your Snapdragon-powered laptop can unlock innovative experiences when it comes to creative workflows, collaboration, accessibility, and security.

Stay mobile while you stream, download, and sync on your Snapdragon-powered laptop. Thanks to Wi-Fi 7 and 5G (optional), as well as HBS Multi-Link, you’ll experience a jitter-free connection. Switch smoothly between compatible devices with the Snapdragon Seamless experience.
With the Snapdragon Sound Technology Suite, you can experience lossless audio for high-fidelity entertainment with your wireless headphones of choice. Snapdragon X Elite is also backed by intelligent security features that help protect you from chip to cloud.

Snapdragon X Elite and Plus will help creative professionals handle their workloads with more power and efficiency in Windows.
Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom both natively support ARM processors, which means these apps can take full advantage of the Snapdragon X Elite and Plus. Thanks to the built-in NPU, you can utilize generative AI and other AI features in Photoshop with ease.
BlackMagic DaVinci Resolve was also recompiled to be ARM-compatible. This app runs natively on the Snapdragon X Elite and Plus, allowing for maximum CPU performance and power efficiency. Also utilizing the built-in NPU, DaVinci Resolve provides AI video editing features, such as Super Resolution, Smart Reframe, and Magic Mask.
Algoriddim’s djay Pro joins the list as a natively ARM supported DJ software. The popular AI Neural Mix feature has been enhanced, thanks to the built-in NPU on the Snapdragon X Elite and Plus. This yields instant music separation, and significantly more accurate and higher quality results when using the Neural Mix feature.

Qualcomm and Microsoft teamed up to identify the most used Windows apps to ensure they can take full advantage of the optimal performance of Snapdragon X Elite and Plus processors. Even if an app is not natively supported, Snapdragon may allow you to run it in emulation mode.
Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon X Plus are powering the launch of Copilot+ PCs, which is spearheaded by Microsoft and other global OEMs, such as Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Samsung.
